so, I found the following gif on tumblr and my mind literally exploded.

I just, there is no way I am going to get this out of my head. The first thing I thought when I saw the gif was spies au.

Let me repeat that.

Now, I just need someone to talk plot at me or with me :'( Where are my shinee people? I'm "all dshfa omg jonghyun and minho as spies both undercover and each other's marks." And spies are sexy and all that shit and omg. HOW DO I NOT WRITES THIS?

Anyhoo, so the plot revolves around them being spies huh? Hmm...I read a fic like this once! *O*

Ooohhh...An idea just hit me O___O

Ok, how about they are both undercover spies with no idea that the other person is a spy as well ~~kind of but not really like Mr. and Mrs.Smith~~ but they meet at a hotel accidentally because there's a mission involving the head of a secret organization that needs to be uncovered. So I guess they could be spies from rival companies or from the same company, whatever floats your boat. However they find out each others' identities when a shoot out transpires during dinner. So they end up working together reluctantly since they're both a bit head strong and a bit competitive...and throw in some smut there somewhere lol *wink wink*

Now I'm thinking casinos, beaches, car chases and James Bond OTL

Oh god, Mr. and Mrs. Smith. And, like, Jongho banter. Can't you just picture them living together just to find out that they're spies then being all,

"What do you mean you own a gun? Can you even use that thing?"
"Fuck you, of course I can."
Long pause during which they compare gun sizes. Then,
"Ha, mine is bigger than yours."

But, you know, more serious and sexy and spy like.

When you say gun sizes I immediately thought of their dicks *_____*

okay so I was thinking the following.

1. Jonghyun and Minho are already in a relationship. Or I could start the fic when they first meet, just a short thing before we move on to the present time.
2. Minho's POV because I feel like I write him better. So, he's going to get a mission from the head of his department. I'm thinking either Jinki or Kibum. I definitely want Taemin to be Jonghyun's boss. I'm thinking opposing branches.
3. There's a dinner or something. Minho's supposed to be this successful businessman and he and Jonghyun are out with other successful people when there's a shooting. The target is some rich person (working on this) and Jonghyun and Minho get a call each or something. The dude can't die because he just paid obscene amounts of money to both of their companies to keep him alive.

um, there will be confusion and stuffs. OR

I can go for the other kind of spy au. Where Minho and Jonghyun don't know each other and are out on a mission when they end up going for the same target. But, I probably want something like Jonghyun's target is Minho and he has to get in with Minho before he kills him. He poses as...someone and he and Minho end up having fun/sex together. Jonghyun's passed out when Minho gets his call. He has to decided whether to kill Jonghyun or not. He doesn't and runs instead. There's chasing and guns and each of them trying to kill each other, but not really trying. Then there's Kibum, Jinki and Taemin who are logical and tell them both that they have to do their job or the other person is going to kill them. Which makes it even harder for them.

So, they end up meeting in places, arguing and shit and don't kill each other each time, but either run away or fuck. idk D:

Ngel though, the second idea sounds like it has a more coherent and dramatic plot =/ That should be told from Jonghyun's POV ;)

But I think we could have more fun with the first idea because it sounds a lot easier to work with and less complications to explain. Which definitely sounds like it would be Minho's POV. Kibum should be Minho's boss but Jinki is both Kibum and Taemin's boss lol

The dinner could be at this fancy hotel so everyone is undercover but this mafia group gets involved so the shoot out occurs and not only are they out to get Jonghyun and Minho but their target as well. Now whilst trying to escape, one of them gets injured which puts a damper on the mission and they have to regroup, which causes a bit of tension and worry between them.

We could mix the plots a little bit though...As in somewhere, Minho and Jonghyun end up fighting each other because of the mission~~Help me Lord, I am going back to thinking about Mr. and Mrs. Smith XD~~ which is probably how the confusion arises. Somehow, their target gets abducted so they end up having to work together to save him or something. Which leads them back to square one XD

There's a car chase and fun kinky sex! I say add in a club scene where one of them goes undercover and the other is off duty...or maybe that's how the kinky sex comes in and they meet *O*

I still say add in their competitive nature, so all hail the jongho playful bantering since they're also in opposing branches!!! =D
