Things Happen I 4/14
A/N: Hey there guys. This is a bit later than usual because where I am at I've been 18 for 39 minutes. So this is for all you guys and thank you so much for supporting me and my livejournal and all my entries and thanks so much to Mimimoii for that birthday gift and all the people who wished me a happy birthday. I love you guys <3333 So, here is the next chapter and I hope you guys like.
Eunhyuk needed to find Donghae. He had to cancel their date tonight. Hankyung had offered to take him and Yesung to a movie and he really wanted to go. He hadn’t spent time with his friend lately.
“Guess who.” Said a voice by his ear as a hand came over his eyes.
Eunhyuk smiled. As if he didn’t already have Donghae’s voice and games memorized, as if he could ever confuse who that was. He could practically see Donghae’s shinning eyes. And he knew Donghae was holding something.
“I’ll give you a clue.” Donghae whispered, breath trailing down the back of Eunhyuk’s neck. “You’re madly in love with me.”
“Hankyung, I told you not in public.” Eunhyuk said his voice low and earnest. “What if Donghae sees?”
The hand left his eyes and he turned around to see a pouting Donghae. Eunhyuk debated for a fierce second whether to kiss Donghae senseless or make a run for the present that Donghae held in his hand.
“Is that for me?” Eunhyuk asked buying time.
“It was.” Donghae pouted. “Until you broke my heart.”
“Give me.” Eunhyuk said finally giving in.
He was very much addicted to kissing Donghae, that was true, but he had never gotten a present before. No one he had ever dated had ever given him anything. He got birthday gifts of course, but that was nothing compared to this. This was a present that Donghae wanted to give him. Of course his curiosity got the better of him.
“Give me Hae.” He said hand outstretched as he fought Donghae for the box.
“I’ll tell you what.” Donghae said his voice dropping an octave. “I’ll give it to you if you come spend the night with me. Come to my dorm.”
Eunhyuk’s heart thumped loudly, so loud that he couldn’t hear a word, much less see as his vision was clouded over with red. That tone and that sentence together were suggesting certain things that Eunhyuk had thought about but had never actually done.
“I can’t.” he said disappointment coursing through him. “Hankyung hyung is taking us to the movies. It’s Golden Boy time.”
Donghae laughed and leaned over to kiss Eunhyuk keeping the box safely away. “It’s okay. Ryeowook is going to keep Yesung at your dorm. They won’t bother us. And Heechul is going to drag Hankyung out somewhere. That gives us until 3 in the morning. If you come to my room early, we’ll have plenty of time. The only problem I see with this is that I’ll have a hard time letting you go so early.”
Eunhyuk looked down at the floor, his face burning. He wanted time alone. He was just nervous. It was just, when Donghae put it that way, it…well…he’d just never heard it put that way.
“Here.” Donghae said handing him the box. “I love you.”
Eunhyuk debated going after Donghae and thanking him properly, but the box was there, in his hands. He would have had to muster all his willpower to stop himself from ripping it open, so he let Donghae go. He tore into the paper and opened the small box.
Inside, set in a velvet lined box was a silver ring. It was a plain band with symbols engraved on the inside and outside. He tilted the ring up to the sun and made out Donghae on the inside. He smiled as he slipped the ring on.
Donghae.
He started walking as he admired the silver. His own name was on the outside. It looked back at him reminding him that Donghae was on the other side. He was so busy admiring the ring that he walked straight into a door. He looked up and went inside just because he didn’t know what else to do.
It was the dance studio where Donghae had asked him to be his boyfriend, or sort of demanded it really.
“Eunhyuk oppa? Is that you?”
Eunhyuk turned around. He was looking at a short brown eyed girl who had the face of an innocent angel, but Eunhyuk knew better than to ever fall for that face. Yoona was a vicious creature.
“Hello.” He said his tone indicating how much he wished she was gone.
“But oppa, is that any way to greet someone? Aren’t you happy to see me?”
“Since the last time I saw you I haven’t exactly been your biggest fan.”
“I’m so sorry oppa. I didn’t mean it. I just wanted you to be okay. What if he was just playing with you? At least when it got out he actually did something about it. Actually oppa shouldn’t you be thanking me? I made him confess.”
“Yoona.” Eunhyuk said shaking his head. “I don’t know what you’re talking about. I don’t care how it turned out, you still had no business meddling.”
“I only did it because I care about you Eunhyuk-sshi. I really care about you a lot.” She said leaning forward.
Eunhyuk sighed and moved away. He turned for the door not wanting a repeat of the whole Yesung/Jessica thing.
“Oppa, wait. I have to tell you something.”
“What?” Eunhyuk asked still going for the door.
“I like you oppa.”
Eunhyuk turned mostly because he had never heard that tone come from Yoona ever. It almost sounded sincere.
“I like you a lot.” She said moving to place her hand on his arm. “Don’t you like me?”
“Yoona.” Eunhyuk said his voice softer now that he was looking at her. “I’m flattered that you would like me, but I can’t like you. You know
who I’m going out with Donghae. I love him.”
“Seriously?” Yoona asked all trace of the fragile girl gone. “You would choose a guy over me?”
“Well he is really good looking.” Eunhyuk said attempting a joke.
“I thought you were just curious? I didn’t think that you actually wanted to date him. Why can’t you be curious with me?”
Eunhyuk just looked at her. He didn’t know how to answer. How could he tell her without being mean?
“Oppa?”
Eunhyuk looked up and found that Yoona was too close. Her face was inches away from him and she looked up at him with tears in her eyes.
“Oppa, I really like you. Please, give me a chance. I’ll do anything for you. I’ll make you forget him. He’s not worth your time.”
“Yoona.” Eunhyuk sighed holding her away at arm’s length. “I really don’t want to have to be mean.”
He waited for Yoona to move away. He offered her a small smile, but she just glared at him. Eunhyuk marveled at the way she could
changer her expressions so fast.
“You do know that no one says no to me.” She said her voice angry now. “I will make sure you pay for this. If I can’t have you then no one can.”
Eunhyuk raised an eyebrow. He didn’t know if he should apologize or not so he settled for a small nod and he walked away.
He left her there and tried to put as much distance between himself and that room. He was still feeling a bit guilty when his phone rang.
“Hello?”
“Eunhyuk, it’s Hankyung. Listen, about tonight, Yesung and Ryeowook are going out to eat and Heechul wants me to drive him who-knows-where. Maybe you and Donghae could do something since he has no friends tonight. But, if you don’t want to, I’ll tell Heechul I can’t make it.”
“No, it’s okay hyung. I was just going to tell you that Hae invited me out too.”
He assured Hankyung that it was okay then reassured him. He was rather enjoying the conversation when Ryeowook stepped around the corner.
“Hae’s waiting for you. Heechul and Hankyung left early.”
Eunhyuk nodded and mouthed a thanks. He changed direction and headed off for the other dorm.
“So, hyung, what if I told you I wanted to go out?”
“I’d turn around and drive back.”
“Drive back? But, hyung, the movie starts soon.”
“Tell him that it’s too late and that he has to deal with it. You’re mine today.”
Eunhyuk laughed. “Hyung, tell Heechul I said hello and have fun. I’m going to find Donghae.”
“Alright, but remember that I’ll be home so I expect to see you at the dorm. Don’t stay up too late.”
“Leave him alone, Hankyung. The boy knows what to do.”
“No. Heechul! Give me back my phone!”
“It’s not safe to drive and talk.”
“It’s a red light.”
“Goodbye Eunhyuk. Hankyung says have fun and don’t bother him tonight.”
Eunhyuk was still laughing when Donghae opened the door. He stopped when Donghae pulled him in and pressed him against the door. There wasn’t much talking after that.
***
Eunhyuk woke up the next morning in his own bed. He stretched and rolled over. As far as nights went, his had been very enjoyable. He hadn’t even heard Hankyung walk in, but it had been past three in the morning.
He jumped out of bed and ran to Yesung’s room. He pulled open the door, slammed it shut, opened it again and ventured forth. Yesung was sitting up. That was normal. What Eunhyuk hadn’t been expecting was Ryeowook. They were both fully clothed, but Ryeowook was in Yesung’s room.
“Hyung is going to kill you.” Eunhyuk said. “You better leave.”
“I don’t have to.” Wookie said stretching. “If Donghae can sleep over and he and Heechul can, then I can sleep over too.”
“He doesn’t sleep over at your dorm and when Heechul-sshi stays, we know. They never do anything. And he knew Donghae was staying.”
He knew it was nothing, but he felt like he was betraying Hankyung. He watched Yesung stand and stretch. He didn’t even know why it bothered him so much.
“It’s okay. I’ll tell Hankyung. Where is he?” Yesung turned to Wookie. “You might want to stay here while I tell him.”
“No, don’t bother.” Wookie snapped. “I’m leaving.”
“Then leave. You always leave. You never stay and then you ask why I go to him.”
Eunhyuk’s mouth dropped open. That was the closest he had ever heard to yelling from Yesung. He watched Ryeowook who looked just as surprised.
“Yesung?” Wookie asked.
“What?” Yesung snapped. “It wasn’t enough that you could think of nothing, but Hankyung last night. I was here and you were thinking of him.”
“Yesung…are you jealous?”
Eunhyuk about fell over. Yesung was jealous. Yesung? He reached back for the doorknob. He knew he wouldn’t be wanted very soon.
“Jealous?” Yesung said turning his wide eyes on Wookie. “Yes. I am jealous.”
This time Eunhyuk did fall over. He scrambled to his feet just as Ryeowook jumped Yesung. He turned and ran out of the room. He closed the door and prayed that the two weren’t too loud. He debated locking himself in his room, but it was too close to Yesung’s. He didn’t want to wake up Hankyung either. He ran back to his room, showered in record time and ran out of the dorm.
He was going to go for Donghae’s room, but he saw Donghae on his way. The other man had his back to him and Eunhyuk decided to give Donghae a break. He ran over and placed his hands over Donghae’s eyes.
“Guess who.” He breathed into Donghae’s ear.
“I don’t know.”
“I’ll give you a clue. You’re madly in love with me.”
“Yoona?”
Eunhyuk dropped his hands. Yoona? He waited for as explanation as Donghae turned, but there was no smile. Donghae raised an eyebrow when he saw him.
“Oh, it’s you. What do you want? I don’t exactly have time right now. I’m waiting for my girlfriend.”
“Girl…girlfriend?”
Eunhyuk didn’t know if it was a joke or not. He was hoping with all his heart that this was Donghae’s way of playing a joke. He was hoping that soon that cold face would break into a smile, but it didn’t. He just stared into Donghae’s face and Donghae stared right back.
“What do you mean girlfriend?” Eunhyuk asked.
“Listen Eunhyuk.” Donghae said placing a hand on his shoulder. “Did you honestly think I wanted to go out with you? Did you really believe I liked you? I mean, I’m F3. You’re a scholarship student. We don’t exactly fit in the same level. I think I deserve better, higher class people to be my friends. Besides, I have an appearance to maintain. Listen it was fun, but it’s over. Move on.”
Eunhyuk almost laughed. He refused to believe what he was hearing. He refused to believe that he was being thrown away especially after last night, after their frantic confessions, their murmured I love you’s. He couldn’t and wouldn’t believe that Donghae was leaving him like this.
“Hae, what are you talking about? What happened?”
“Nothing happened Eunhyuk. I’m just letting you know that I’m leaving you. Is that really so hard to understand?”
“It kind of is.” He said finding a confidence he didn’t know he had. “Especially after what happened last night.”
“Last night? Oh right last night.” Donghae said carelessly. “Thank you for that I guess. Anyway, it was fun. Bye.”
For a moment Eunhyuk just stood there watching Donghae walk away. He didn’t believe what he had just heard. He couldn’t let it go. He wouldn’t let it go.
He ran to Donghae and turned him around. He saw the pleading look in Donghae’s eyes. He didn’t imagine the way Donghae’s eyes filled with longing. He couldn’t have imagined that, not when Donghae was so close to him.
He looked at Donghae. “Tell me. Tell me that you don’t love me. If you can say it while looking at me then I’ll believe you.”
He saw Donghae falter. He saw the way his eyes pleaded with Eunhyuk.
“I’m sorry. I don’t love you.”
But, there was no conviction. Eunhyuk refused to believe that he had heard those words. He refused to believe that Donghae was leaving him. He couldn’t wrap him mind around it.
He had to know. He had to be sure. He leaned down and crushed their lips together. The kiss was pleading, wanting. But, Donghae broke it.
“Stop. I didn’t want to have to tell you this.” Donghae said pushing Eunhyuk away. “The only reason I dated you was because Yoona was crazily in love with you. She left me for you. I had to watch the way she was all over you and it made me angry. I wanted to get back at you for that. That’s why I dated you. But, it’s over. I don’t know what you did to her, but she came to her senses. She’s back. I have her again so I don’t need you anymore.”
“If you love her so much, then tell me why you were with me for so long? Why? Did you never love me?”
Donghae didn’t look at him. But, Eunhyuk needed to know. He reached for Donghae’s face and cradled that face he loved so much. Their eyes met and Eunhyuk could almost see the answer to his question.
“Donghae oppa.”
Eunhyuk let go of Donghae. He knew that voice and now he would never forget it. He watched as Yoona ran to Donghae and he caught her. They laughed as he set her down and Yoona took his hand in hers. He watched her place a kiss on Donghae’s cheek.
“Are you busy?” she asked.
“No. I’m not.”
“Good. Let’s go. Heechul oppa and Wookie want to talk to us. Goodbye Eunhyuk-sshi.”
Eunhyuk couldn’t do it. He couldn’t bring himself to return the smile that Yoona gave him. His eyes searched Donghae’s, but he found nothing. He wanted to run to him. He couldn’t have imagined the wanting look in Donghae’s eyes when they kissed. He couldn’t have imagined Donghae’s hand in his hair pulling his closer. It couldn’t be over. It couldn’t happen. But, he saw Donghae kiss Yoona and he knew that it was.
He sank to the floor. He felt numb and cold. It hadn’t sunk in yet. He put his head on his knees and wrapped his arms around himself. Donghae was gone. Last night meant nothing to him. Donghae loved Yoona. Donghae loved Yoona. Donghae loved Yoona.
He saw Donghae’s smiling face, heard his sweet laughter, felt his hands on his face.
“Donghae.” He whispered.
But, there was no answer.
A/N: So here it is guys and consider this my present to you all because if you were in my house, we'd feed you and offer you things and then I'd get presents =) but usually not so you'd all just get fed and then we'd all sit and talk and have fun. So, let's substitute this chapter for that. =)
Eunhyuk needed to find Donghae. He had to cancel their date tonight. Hankyung had offered to take him and Yesung to a movie and he really wanted to go. He hadn’t spent time with his friend lately.

After Jessica now Yoona? /shakes her head in bewilderment
Those girls never learn heh? They merely playing the dangerous game that will hurt them in the end. And why did Donghae suddenly hate Eunhyuk? What did Yoona do to him? It was bad enough that he couldn't stand Yoona's threat, but it's even more bad that he said he didn't love Eunhyuk. When someone else took him from you, it would be too late for you Donghae.
And Ryeowook jumped on Yesung O____o Oh my, little innocent clueless Yesung is not so innocent anymore /suddenly in tears because she is too happy
Well, even though someone else will get Yesung's heart in the end, but at least Wookie had Yesung's first? /shot
I don't know whether I'll be able to comment tomorrow but save me a spot kay? <333

I wrote a response to this and LJ didn't post it so here I go again trying to remember what I was saying in the first comment.
Okay, so spot saved for you always <3
And don't worry too much the next chapter explains why things happened and what was going on and after the explanation things get a little sad and then happy again because I can't break up Eunhae. It would be kind of like breaking Hanchul to me and I could never do that =)
And as for Yoona and Jessica, well i probably shouldn't have included them both at the same time, but when i wrote this (in august) i wasn't thinking about that. I thought it was a good idea then and my friend who read this said she liked it so i left it.
And...have fun today =D

Eunhae is not my fave pairing but I love Eunhyuk anyway, so as long as he is happy I'm not that picky with how things turned out xD *suddenly her words are hard to understand because she is busy ogling Yesung*
Nah, it's okay, it's okay. I don't mind at all. The girls are essential for the story so it's totally okay~! :)

lol Yesung. Feel free to do so and not make sense I never make sense when I'm looking at Han Geng =) but right now i'm in the college library so there is no Han Geng on my walls to look at. =)
I just had a test too or more like a quiz in an art history class but that went well. Now, I have nothing to do for the rest of my birthday (it's only 10am oct 26 here) and so I am going to go finish and edit that KyuSung. and make it longer because it's too short.

I never make sense when I'm talking about Yesung and that's what my friend hate from me. I'm always, "Oh Yesung this" and "Yesung that" but I don't have any concept in whatever I'm telling them xD My cellphone wallpaper is Yesung so I get to stare at him everyday~
Yay! Thanks for making it longer. I don't care if it's a drama, full of tears or bitchy girls, as long as KyuSung is together /shot

Oh that reminds me. My best friend has a story going on right now that's all about Yesung. I don't know if you read it yet its called Misunderstood and it's Yesung centric and I remembered you while i was reading it and thought you might like it.

Oh touch screen? I had one and then I can't remember what happened to it. I might have broken the screen or i think my dad did when he was opening a drawer and my phone was where it wasn't supposed to be and it flew across the room and that was the end of it. =)
So, i have a normal phone now its a samsung something i don't know. Your subbing job still sounds so super awesome.

I'll search the pictures for you then :) I hope I can find a lot of it hehe
That's super. Flew across the room xDD
Nah, when you get the hang of it and used to it, I find it kinda boring lol But I still have to do it since it's my job and duty (or my team members of my Arashi subbing group will kick me and buried me in the sand if they know I'm getting bored xD)
