I just saw this hanchul fanvid that broke my heart. And I've been playing around with the idea of writing a hanchul one shot just because it's been forever ;~;

Of course times like these means I'm willing to write drabbles for everyone who asks nicely. Or just leaves a comment below. I'm not picky.

I will write anything as long as you are aware that it's a drabble because I have 4 shinee fic to write and 2 suju ones.

I'm doing well. I finally graduated, so that made me pretty happy. How about you? How has everything been going?

Umm. Sungmin working in a bookshop and Mi coming in to find a book to make himself look more intellectual to impress a poodle boy he likes. But discovering Sungmin changes his mind.

Zhou Mi thinks Kyuhyun is cute, but he's smart which makes impressing him kind of hard. That's why he goes to the bookstore three blocks down from the college. He's always liked bookstores, coffee the first thing he smells when he walks in. The books lined up in neat rows are soothing, order making everything pleasant.

Zhou Mi is browsing through the medieval history section when someone taps him on the shoulder.

"Do you need help?"

Zhou Mi turns and finds himself looking at a man shorter than he is, with dark hair that's straight and neat on his head. He has a nice smile, one that crinkles his eyes and shows off nice cheekbones. He's pretty with a sort of flirtatious edge to the way he stands and looks at Zhou Mi.

"Yeah," Zhou Mi answers. "I was looking for a book."

"What kind of book?"

Zhou Mi shrugs. "I'm not sure," he admits. "Something good to read."

The guy nods, "Trying to impress someone?"

Zhou Mi stares. The man is looking at him with this knowing expression, as though he knows exactly what's going through Zhou Mi's head. It's unnerving, but pleasant because Zhou Mi has never had anyone stare at him this long.

"A guy," Zhou Mi says slowly.

He waits, watches for any sign that the guy is put off. He gets none, just a wide grin and a wink.

"I'm Sungmin," the man says.

He holds out a hand and Zhou Mi takes it, his long fingers running over the knuckles on Sungmin's hands. He gets a lowering of eyes and a promise from under dark lashes. Zhou Mi can feel his heart beating against his chest and he smiles.

"Does your friend like history," Sungmin asks.

Zhou Mi can't really say. "I don't know."

The smile Sungmin gives Zhou Mi is radiant. He leans closer, his fingers brushing over Zhou Mi's arm. "Want to get some coffee?"

Zhou Mi nods before he knows what he's doing, but Sungmin is mesmerizing, makes Zhou Mi want to get closer and listen to everything he has to say.

They have coffee in a Starbucks a block away from the bookstore because it just seemed off to have coffee in the one next to the bookstore.

Sungmin is sitting across from Zhou Mi, head thrown back as he laughs at something Zhou Mi said.

"I'm serious," Zhou Mi goes on. "Not a word. I had no idea what the guy was saying."

"How did you get around then," Sungmin asks.

Zhou Mi tells him about the sign language, the way people seem to understand more when you use your body to tell the story.

"I like this story," Sungmin says, grins, winks.

Zhou Mi feels the heat crawl up his back, but he smiles back, tells Sungmin about college. He thinks there will be time enough for other things later.

Sungmin is always so connivingly sexy and I love how easy it is for him to get to Zhou Mi. I can just imagine Mi flailing around while he tells Min stories and it is so precious ;__;

Yay, congratulations on graduating. So, where to now?

I'm doing okay, just working before college starts up again. I'm trying to get back into writing and not get distracted by outside things. I've also apparently given up on television. I haven't watched anything on it since I got back for the summer. But, it can't really count because I've seen movies and there's the internet :D

Uhh. Well I'm in El Paso with Jeff now, so it's kind of just finding what work I can until we get somewhere I can find a better job.

Well the only television I really watch is cooking shows, so I definitely know all about that.
Movies are always fun. I think going to the movies has become a bit of an obsession to me. Though that could be because there's hardly anything to do around here :x
