ink_river10 just updated her fic Two for the Road, soooooooooooooo that means that everyone should go read it NOW!!! So, Click here to read! Click here! And well once you do go and read ahahaha ignore my comment because it'll just make you think I'm crazier than you already think I am XD Sooooo, now that I got that out of my system let me just say that here is the next chapter of this fic here and I hope you all like it and there is nothing I need to warn you about except that maybe...well nope nothing. So I hope you enjoy this and yeah...
A mini note for Jann Jann: Dear I know what you're going to say about the ending but, well, uh...yeah =)
Sungmin hated Kyuhyun.
He really, honestly, hated Kyuhyun.
He hated that smirk that drove him insane. He hated the way Kyuhyun made other people gape at him as if they would just eat him alive if they could. He hated the way Kyuhyun noticed that and just provoked them more. He hated the way Kyuhyun turned to look at him every time he hugged Yesung.
He hated that Siwon was doing nothing. He just stood there as pissed as Sungmin was. How were they going to get anywhere if they let those two get the better of them?
“Listen Siwon.” Sungmin said as Kyuhyun and Yesung went to get popcorn. “We both know that Kyuhyun is a—”
“No cursing, but I agree.”
Sungmin rolled his eyes. “Well, whatever, point is, we have to do something.”
“Like what?” Siwon asked as he narrowed his eyes. “Yesung doesn’t seem to mind.”
“But, you mind and I mind.” Sungmin said. “The problem with me is that Kyuhyun knows I care. Yesung, well, Yesung isn’t really going to do anything unless you do something first…”
“So I should go talk to him then?”
“NO!” Sungmin said realizing what he had just done. “No, no, NO. You can’t.”
Siwon furrowed his forehead, confused. “But, if he won’t do anything then I have to go talk to him. I’m such an idiot really Min. I could have had him for months now. If I weren’t so dumb, I would be here with him.”
Sungmin sighed. It was getting so hard doing this. He didn’t want Yesung and Siwon to be unhappy. But, he couldn’t lose either. Which brought him back to his earlier point, he really hated Kyuhyun.
“Don’t go talk to him. Wait. He has to come to you.”
“But, you just said…”
“Forget what I said.”
“But, I want him to let go of Kyuhyun. Why can’t I go talk to him again?” Siwon asked even as he burned a hole through Kyuhyun’s back.
Sungmin paused to consider. Somehow, telling Siwon that he couldn’t talk to Yesung because Sungmin had a bet to win, didn’t sound as nice when he said it in his head.
“Because, if you go to him, you lose.”
Siwon sighed. “I should have just stuck with girls. They all seemed very willing to me. Guys are just too complicated.”
Sungmin laughed. “I hear you Siwon. I hear you.”
“Sungmin-ah,” Kyuhyun said coming back. “I bought you something. I think you’ll like it.”
Sungmin’s eyes widened as he saw the pair of earrings in Kyuhyun’s hand.
“He didn’t buy them for you.” Yesung said. “The girl at the counter practically shoved them into his hands when he was done flirting with her.”
Sungmin frowned.
“I was not flirting.” Kyuhyun said. “I just smiled at her. It’s not my fault she thought I was flirting.”
“Yes, but when has your smile been anything but suggestive.”
Kyuhyun turned to Sungmin and smiled or smirked was more like it.
“I hate you.” Sungmin said before taking Siwon’s hand and leading him inside.
Sungmin was fuming as he took his seat. He watched as Kyuhyun and Yesung settled right next to him and he regretted letting Siwon take a seat first. He leaned back into his chair and tried to watch the movie.
He tried because Kyuhyun was murmuring soft words to Yesung. Sungmin had never heard Kyuhyun sound so comforting, so…caring. He snuck a peek at the two and saw that Kyuhyun was holding Yesung and leaning over him blocking the screen.
Sungmin knew he was jealous and he knew that Siwon was too and damn him, but he didn’t care about the bet anymore. He wanted Kyuhyun to hold him like that. He wanted Kyuhyun to worry about him like that.
Sungmin turned away and tried to tell himself that Kyuhyun was trying to make him jealous. But, he wasn’t. He knew that Kyuhyun was honestly worried and earnestly trying to make Yesung feel better. And it was that side, the honest side of Kyuhyun that was breaking him. If Kyuhyun were trying to make him jealous, if he weren’t worried then Sungmin would have been able to turn away.
He was so close, so close to snapping when Siwon broke.
Sungmin watched as Siwon stood up ignoring the protests from behind him. Siwon walked past him and shoved Kyuhyun off of Yesung. Sungmin watched Kyuhyun’s open mouth and he knew the other boy was ready to protest, so Sungmin reached over and put a hand on Kyuhyun’s arm.
This was between Siwon and Yesung. He had lost. It was over. And he didn’t think they should interrupt.
Sungmin knew Kyuhyun understood, because he leaned back and let Siwon drag Yesung out of the movie theater. Sungmin turned back to the movie. It was stupid. Here he was now, all alone with Kyuhyun and he had lost. Siwon had given in first and now Sungmin had to be the first to admit what he was feeling.
“Hyung.”
Sungmin turned and wasn’t at all surprised to see that Kyuhyun’s face was so very close to his.
“What?” He asked making his voice as strong as he could all circumstances considered.
“Want to come get coffee with me?”
“No.” Sungmin said.
He heard Kyuhyun’s laugh by his ear and couldn’t help the slight shiver.
“But, hyung,” Kyuhyun’s whisper ran down his neck. “I want coffee and besides the game’s not over yet, not until we find out who gave in first from Yesung tomorrow.”
Sungmin groaned. “You are a manipulative, little…I hate you.”
Kyuhyun smirked and Sungmin had to remind himself that they were in a public place. He almost leaned in to whisper that they leave, but stopped himself.
“Let’s go.” Kyuhyun said. “I want to go have coffee.”
Sungmin nodded and there were the protests. Sungmin watched half entranced as Kyuhyun silenced everyone with a look. He smiled when the person closest to them gaped.
They never got coffee. As soon as they were out of the movie theater and into the dark street, Kyuhyun pushed Sungmin into the wall. All Sungmin really remembered after that was getting home as fast as they could. He didn’t even remember if they walked or not. They were both pretty much gone as they stumbled into Kyuhyun’s dorm and past the living room. Sungmin was allowed to breathe as Kyuhyun tried to open the door to his room.
“What the hell?”
“What is it?” Sungmin asked not letting go of Kyuhyun’s neck.
“My door’s locked from the inside.”
Sungmin just gave him a blank look and went back to tracing kisses up Kyuhyun’s jaw. He kept telling himself that he wasn’t giving in, that it was just some stress relieve for them both while they waited, but he didn’t really believe it.
“Wait, Min. Someone’s inside my room.”
Sungmin sighed but let go. He watched as Kyuhyun pounded on the door. He almost laughed as Hankyung stuck his head out the door his hair a sexy tousled mess and his face saying quite clearly what he’d been doing.
“What is it?” Hankyung asked his voice giving away what his face hadn’t.
“WHAT THE HELL?” Kyuhyun yelled. “That’s my room! My bed! Get out!”
Sungmin watched Hankyung’s eye lose focus as his mouth dropped open and he smirked.
“I’m sorry.” Hankyung said. “Give me a second.”
Sungmin watched Kyuhyun’s stunned face as the door closed in his face. They heard a body being slammed against the door.
“That’s my room.” Kyuhyun whispered. “My bed.”
Sungmin walked over and pulled Kyuhyun against him.
“If you want.” He whispered. “We can go see what Heechul’s room looks like.”
Kyuhyun’s answer was to press their lips together, not that Sungmin minded that answer. He was half carried to a room. They kissed, their hands roaming blindly, desperately, almost violently.
Sungmin was the first to push Kyuhyun down on the bed. He moved onto his elbows and grinned down at Kyuhyun.
“This doesn’t mean I’m giving in.” he stated clearly.
Sungmin watched the dark light come to Kyuhyun’s eyes and then he was on his back looking up into those dark eyes and the smirking face.
“Of course not.” Kyuhyun said. “Not giving in. I got it.”
And that was as far as intelligent conversation went for them that night.
A/N: Does anyone besides me think it wasn't a good idea for Kyumin to go to Hanchul's room?? and oh would you look at that I got Hanchul in there!!!! yay!!!!!!! =) *in best sarcastic voice* I bet no one can guess what Hanchul was doing there in Kyuhyun's room ;) And well yes, this is this chapter and I don't know what else I am supposed to say here. I am still very much on a Hanchul high and omg I saw the best Siwon picture and it killed me. I am no going off on that too! He is so sdjfhakfhjsdfhdjskhflkahs!!!!!! omg Siwon!!! Siwon!! I want a Siwon!!!! Okay well I don't know exactly why, but well let me just show you all what i am talking about. So, here is a Siwon picture to give a nice ending to this chapter =)
