I hope so too. There's certainly pressure from many different directions. I had a section in my first draft that included familial pressure, but I ended up cutting it out because it seemed to me like that whole convoluted mess that was Manny's family needed its own separate piece. I may look into expanding that if the time or the prompt is right for inspiration.
