I was nine years old when I picked up my first Harry Potter book. It was Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (clearly even then my family should have known I was insane.) I think I read all the current Harry Potter books (they were up to four) in four days.

They blew my mind.

I just saw the last Harry Potter movie today and I felt like I needed to vent here for a bit.

okay so seriously, while the movie was exactly what I expected (since, hello, i have read the books,) I think the movie was still as amazing and as mind blowing as ever. I think this has to do in part with how in love I am with all the actors/characters they play and I have to say that I think the Malfoys are BOSS (plus or minus Lucius Malfoy). (I won't say why in case someone hasn't seen the movie, but there was this one scene dhjgfsd)

Basically, I was not disappointed with what I saw (even though I am still irritated that it took this long for me to see it when I used to get the books the minute they came out) and I think I am going to rewatch this movie until my DVD burns out (once i get it.)

I think I should also mention the need for tissues. I don't cry. I never cry. Not unless you put Severus Snape in front of me and remind me that he was in love with Lily Evan Potter and that her son was a complete sdhjgfasghjds HE WAS JUST MEAN OKAY. Oh god, I think Snape's story was the saddest thing for me in this movie. That and when Harry talks to his parents. I teared. I did. And now I need to go drown my sorrows in HP fanfiction and Harry Potter books.

Just. Basically.

BEST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO ME.

Although, this means that I will lose my internet connection sometime this week. I don't know when yet. The point is I am leaving and I will have more space and once everything is reconnected I will be shjdgfjkedsgkjhfds 8DDDDDD and more.

omg i wanted to punch the goblins in the face when I saw the dragon tied up in Gringotts.

fdhjgfdskdhgfdskjfgkjhgfdkjgdskjtfsdh NEVILLE LONGBOTTOM IS BOSS. omg i remembered the little boy he used to be in the first movie and then saw him there and i was all 0_0 dhjsfhjhds \0/

I just...i couldn't do it when Snape's memories came on. The little kid Snape sitting next to Lily and him watching her kiss James and my heart just came out of my chest and i wanted to hug Snape so bad. And I bawled especially when he was talking to Dumbledore after Lily died and he looked so defeated and it just killed me. And after that when he was holding her and it was just too much when he was in Dumbledore's office and his patronus was still a stag after all that time. And i just bawled okay. then every time Harry mentioned Snape after I couldn't do it. omg. omg. SAD. IT BROKE MY HEART. SHATTERED IT.

hgfdghgdgkfdjs I SHIP DRACO/HARRY SO HARD JDHFJHDSGF I LOVED LOVED the saving and then Draco and him not wanting to go. But he had to because his parents were there and I think Draco is such a loyal son and he would do anything for his parents and it's not really his fault that his parents support the wrong side. And i just about died when Harry asked him why Draco saved him back at his place. omg. it was amazing. AMAZING.

And that scene with Narcissa taking Draco's hand and walking away after Harry "comes back to life" BEST FUCKING SCENE EVER. She and Draco walked away LIKE A BOSS. And Lucius just made me want laugh.

ugh, i just loved that movie. it was brilliant and amazing and perfect and dshgfjdah SIRIUS SHOULD HAVE NEVER DIED AND THERE NEEDED TO BE MORE FRED AND GEORGE WEASLEY IN IT BECAUSE I MISS THEM BEING AMAZING.

i meant doe not stag but you get it.

OH MY GOD...SNAPE. Actually seeing Snape as a little boy and Snape as an adult mourning over Lily's body and holding her in his arms and SOBBING....oh my GOD I was a MESS! I was sobbing as much as he was!
And the scene where he comes to Dumbledore and you can see him shaking and so upset like he could not believe it was true! *wails*

AND FRED! *cries* FRED OH MY GOD....they did not do that part enough justice....but there were SO many...so very many! And Fred was not in the circle with the rest during the resurrection stone scene, was he? GAWD I was such a mess I might have missed it. I am going on Saturday to see it again.

no, Fred wasn't there in the scene with the resurrection stone. But, he should have been. ;_; there needed to be more Fred and Teddy Lupin. Where was baby Teddy?????? D:

And yet there was GOOD stuff too, other than Neville's badass snake killing skillz! There was Luna Lovegood shouting: HARRY POTTER YOU LISTEN TO ME RIGHT NOW!

And Hermione and Ron's kiss! FINALLY!

And Harry coming out in Griffindor robes with the Order behind him....AWESOME!

Professor McGonagall and the locomortis spell! BRILLIANT!

The FIEND FYRE in the room of requirement....OMG the special effects!!!!

I cheered just as often as I cried. And of course, Voldemort's end. So many amazing things.

Thank you for fangirling with me! I had a friend once that I went to every Harry Potter event with, and then she kind of went off the deep end and our friendship fell apart. She's okay now, but we never talk anymore, and not having someone to fangirl with about HP has been really difficult. So thank you, Ana. *hugs*
