A/N: I am not to blame for this fic. Actually I am but my excuse was that I was at home and it was like two days before Christmas and I had to get this in and my brother was all jsdhfasj and he was distracting me D: my secret santa liked it and I suppose that is what matters but anyway here have some eunhae because I said I was going to post something and [livejournal.com profile] elforevereunhae posted something wonderful so I guess this is for her and for the eunhae/kyumin family since I am pretty sure I ninja'd them in and of course the hanchul as always, but then this is me and everyone should see that coming from like miles off. =\ so enough rambling. have fun.

“Donghae! Donghae pay attention to me.” Heechul was saying or well more like screeching into his ear. “Donghae I said I want the Christmas party to be earlier this year and maybe longer. No, you know what, no maybes. I want it to be longer, two days instead of one.”

Donghae sighed. He ran his hands through his well-kept brown hair. He didn’t have time to deal with Heechul and his princess tantrums. He had more important things to like figure out what he was going to do about Kangin and Shindong. Those two were going to be the death of him, them and that other kid, Eunhyuk.

The last he heard the three of them had gone and actually blown up a toilet. Donghae still wasn’t sure as to how that worked. How could they have blown up a toilet? And what puzzled him even more was how they had managed to do it with Yesung still on it.

Point was Donghae has more important things to deal with other than Heechul and the coming Christmas party. Sure, he was the school President and he had to deal with some of these things on a daily basis, but couldn’t someone go and give him a break?

“Hello.” Heechul said waving his perfectly manicured hands in front of Donghae’s face. “Hello, Mr. I-think-I-am-so-hot-because-I-am-the-President. Have you been listening to me? I want a huge party this year. HUGE. Come on do your thing.”

Donghae sighed. “Fine. You know what, go and do it. I don’t care, just leave me alone. I have better things to do than listen to this.”

Heechul looked him over and smirked. “I want Hankyung and me to be crowned Princess and Prince.”

“Heechul, this isn’t the prom.” Donghae said arming himself with patience.

“I said I want me and Hankyung to be the Princess and Prince. I am obviously supposed to be the Princess in case your brain is too small to figure that out.”

“Okay! Okay.” Donghae said. “I got it. Do what you want, now leave me alone.”

Donghae ignored the last glare from Heechul and almost fell into his chair when Heechul left. The darn spoiled, pampered rich kid. Heechul was something else, a headache on legs. Donghae was just glad that he didn’t have to deal with it anymore. Just let Heechul have his way that way things went easy.

“You know you could just tell him no once in a while.” Leeteuk said.

Leeteuk was the class Vice President, close enough to Donghae, but still sometimes over talkative.

“And maybe you could go and control Kangin.” Donghae said. “Tell them to come in. I have to talk to them.”

“You could just turn them in.” Kyuhyun said rolling his eyes. “I don’t see why you have to talk to them. It’s not like it’s up to you what they’re punishment is going to be.”

“What are you even doing here?” Donghae asked. “Aren’t you supposed to be in class?”

Kyuhyun shook his head and flopped own in front of the computer. “I don’t need to go to class. And besides this computer has the best internet connection. Why else do you think I applied for secretary? It’s not because I like to wear short dresses and sit on your lap. That’s what Eunhyuk is for.”

“What are you talking about?” Donghae asked running a hand through his hair.

But, Kyuhyun was already lost in the computer and the only answer Donghae got was a wild cry of “Take that you filthy aliens.”

“Leeteuk, would you mind getting the three of them here.” Donghae asked turning to the only person around him who wasn’t crazy.

“Okay, but I don’t see why you try so hard.

“Why shouldn’t I try so hard? Someone has to.”

Leeteuk shook his head but walked out anyway. Donghae waited. He tried to gather up all his patience as the door opened and the yells filled the room.

“Why are we here?”

“I didn’t do it!”

“It was Eunhyuk!”

“It was! I mean did you see his face?”

Donghae sighed. He recognized the voices. He had heard them more times than he could count. Leeteuk was right. This wasn’t his job. He was only doing this because sooner or later those three would end up with him anyway. The dean’s bright idea was that since he was closer to their age, he would be able to talk some sense into them. Well, this was his third try and he had yet to get anything across.

“They’re here.” Leeteuk said.

Donghae watched as Shindong shuffled by the door. Kangin and Eunhyuk sprawled all over the chairs in the room and looked over at Donghae expectantly.

“Shindong you can leave.” Donghae said. “I would suggest you get new friends. Kangin you go make sure that Yesung isn’t hurt and you Eunhyuk, you stay here.”

Shindong ran out of the room. Kangin made a huge show of getting up then put and arm around Leeteuk.

“I’ll go, but I’m taking Leeteuk with me.”

Donghae watched half amused as Leeteuk blushed but let himself be dragged out anyway. He shook his head and sat back down. He looked at Eunhyuk who was busy watching Kyuhyun kill aliens on the computer. He watched Eunhyuk's frown as he tried to understand what Kyuhyun was doing and he was struck by how innocent Eunhyuk looked as he sat there and watched Kyuhyun.

Eunhyuk wasn’t bad looking. He was just a handful so to speak. Donghae liked Eunhyuk, he really did. He liked the dark red hair, the milky white skin, the cocky sort of come-tame-me attitude that appealed to Donghae. He liked Eunhyuk. He just didn’t know how to go about getting Eunhyuk to put aside the attitude and agree to go out with him.

“Eunhyuk?”

“What?” Eunhyuk answered turning around.

“What are we going to do with you?”

Eunhyuk just raised an eyebrow at him.

“They told you one more time and you get expelled. I don’t know what you want but I’m sure your mother wouldn’t be too happy if she found out you were expelled.” Donghae said weighing his words carefully. “I can convince them to give you one more chance, but I’d like something in exchange.”

“Like what?” Eunhyuk asked looking bored.

“He wants you to bend over a desk and let him have his way with you.” Kyuhyun called out helpfully.

“What are you still doing here?” Donghae called. “Get out.”

Eunhyuk waited until Kyuhyun was out of the door before turning back to Donghae with a smirk. “So where do you want me to bend over?”

“I didn’t ask you to do anything for me.” Donghae said. “But, you will have to give me something for getting you out of trouble.”

“Hurry up and tell me what you want so we can get this over with.” Eunhyuk said getting off his chair and stretching. “If you can’t think of anything then I’ll just leave. Call me when you think of something.”

Donghae watched Eunhyuk walk away. This was his chance, a chance that he couldn’t let slide. He needed to think of something, something to stop Eunhyuk from walking out the door. But, what? And just like that he remembered.

“Eunhyuk.”

“What?” Eunhyuk asked turning around.

Donghae grinned. “Come to the Christmas dance with me.”

Eunhyuk’s mouth dropped open. “WHAT?! I can’t go to the Christmas dance. Do you understand what that will do to my reputation? I don’t go to dances and much less with the school president.”

Donghae sat down on his chair and looked up at Eunhyuk. “Go to the dance with me. That’s the deal.”

Eunhyuk gaped at him and Donghae waited. He knew how this was going to end. He knew that Eunhyuk couldn’t afford to be suspended.

“Pick me up at seven.”

“Wear something nice.” Donghae called out cheerfully.

“I hate you.”

Donghae just laughed.

                                                                                                 ***

Eunhyuk didn’t know why he had agreed to this. Here he was outside of the school waiting for Donghae to show up so that they could go to this stupid dance together. He didn’t even like Donghae…or well he did, but no one was supposed to know that. If word got out that he liked Lee Donghae, the school President, his reputation would be ruined.

The reason he had the respect he did was because he was Eunhyuk who didn’t care, who was hilariously funny, who loved to pull pranks. He did not like school Presidents. He did not go to dances and he never went to school dances with school Presidents.

“Hey there baby.”

Eunhyuk turned around and rolled his eyes. There was Donghae as impeccable as ever, wearing black pants and a dress shirt with a hat on his head. His long hair was styled back and Eunhyuk had to remind himself that he was Eunhyuk and he couldn’t like the school president.

“Oh it’s you.” Eunhyuk said proud of the way his voice sounded so unemotional.

"Now is that any way to greet your date? Look hyukkie I even brought you a corsage."

"Screw you. I'm not a girl." Eunhyuk snarled stalking past Donghae.

"Oh come one Eunhyuk. Don't be mad. I'm just kidding. You don't have to wear the corsage, but you do need to dance with me. You like to dance don't you?"

Eunhyuk didn't say anything. He loved to dance, but he would be damned if he danced with Donghae. He didn't know what Donghae was planning but he didn't like how nervous he felt. It wasn't like him. He was usually so good at being aloof and uncaring but Donghae was doing a good job at messing with his head.

"Are you angry hyukkie?" Donghae asked following him inside.

"Since when did you get so..."

"So? So...interesting? Funny? Good looking?"

Eunhyuk raised an eyebrow at Donghae and laughed. "Why are not like this at school?"

Donghae smiled and took hold of Eunhyuk’s arm. "I have a job to do at school, but this is not school and I can be who I usually am. Why? You don't like it?"

Eunhyuk shook his head. "I'm not sure yet."

"But Eunhyuk you have to like me. How else are we supposed to have fun? And you know we haven't even gotten to the part where I bend you over a desk."

"You know what?" Eunhyuk said shuddering as he saw the decorations for the party. "I think I like you better when you're being the annoying school president. And who the hell decorated this place? Why does it look like Santa Claus three up in here?"

Donghae laughed. "It was Heechul. He was giving me a headache so I let him do what he wanted. See him? He's over there."

"Where?"

Donghae pointed again and Eunhyuk caught a glimpse of the dark haired male dancing (if you could call what Heechul did dancing) with Hankyung. Hankyung was dancing well, but as Eunhyuk watched the song changed to something that let Heechul press himself all over Hankyung. Eunhyuk watched fascinated as the two of them laughed.

"What?" Donghae asked close to his ear. "Do you want to do it too?"

"No."

But Donghae didn't listen. Eunhyuk rolled his eyes to the skies but let Donghae drag him to the dance floor. He might as well enjoy himself if he was already at the dance with the school president. And besides this was a great opportunity to show Donghae up. Eunhyuk was an excellent dancer and he knew it.

So, he let himself be taken to the dance floor and when he turned to Donghae he was ready. They waited for the song to come on and then they were dancing. Eunhyuk didn't bother to pay attention to Donghae at first. He was too busy dancing. He loved dancing. It liberated him, let him think, made him happy. He was so concentrated on what he was doing that it took him a while to realize that everyone had stopped to watch him and Donghae.

He turned to Donghae and saw him dancing. He was captivated, caught in the moment, sucked in. Every one of Donghae’s movements was like an invite, a soft caress, a slow seduction. That was what Donghae was doing as he danced. Eunhyuk didn't even care that everyone now knew that he was at the dance with Donghae.

He didn't care because Donghae was dancing and when Donghae danced, he seduced. Everybody wave, every look he sent Eunhyuk’s way was a call. And Eunhyuk wanted to answer; he wanted to find out just how much Donghae would give. He was so gone, too far gone as he watched Donghae move. They finished the song and Eunhyuk let Donghae pull him off the dance floor.

"I didn’t know you could dance." Eunhyuk said before he could stop himself.

He hated the awe in his voice. He sounded like a damn fan. There went what little pride he had managed to save. He sighed. If it was all over for him then he might as well ruin the rest of his reputation. What was the point of keeping up the pretense if the whole grade had seen him out there with Lee Donghae?

"I love to dance." Donghae answered.

“Alright then President Lee, if you like dancing so much, why don’t we go dance at home?”

Donghae laughed. “I like you Hyukjae.”

Eunhyuk turned away. He didn’t like this. He really didn’t like this. He wasn’t supposed to feel like this, so calm and happy. He was supposed to wrap himself in his attitude, in his façade. He was Eunhyuk, the troublemaker, the one who made Donghae’s life impossible. He wasn’t supposed to let himself be sappy and flirty with Donghae. That wasn’t how things worked.

He shrugged. “Meh, I’m still not sure about how I feel about you.”

“No,” Donghae said reaching out to take Eunhyuk’s hand. “I like you.”

Eunhyuk turned around and found Donghae’s face close to his, too close, so close that he could see every single one of those eyelashes, those big brown eyes that were watching him, calculating. Eunhyuk was sucked in, taken in, he wanted to fall in. He loved those eyes, loved that sort of smug smile on Donghae’s face because he was okay with giving in. He wanted to.

“Donghae?”

Donghae leaned forward until his face was inches away from Eunhyuk’s. “What is it?”

“I like you too.”

The smile on Donghae’s face was indulgent and he moved to close the distance between them. Eunhyuk waited, his heart hammering as he felt Donghae’s breath on his face. His eyes fluttered close as those lips fell on top of his. The kiss was soft, searching, just like Eunhyuk knew it would be. It made his heart jump all over the place and he hung on trying to make it last. Finally, his brain screamed at him, finally.

“You like me?” Donghae asked when they broke for air.

“Shut up.” Eunhyuk said leaning on Donghae anyway. “No one is supposed to know.”

Donghae laughed and leaned to whisper in Eunhyuk’s ear. “Did I tell you how much I like you in those black pants? But, you know what I’d like even better? If we went home and tried out my desk there.

Eunhyuk laughed. “Alright Mr. President. Let’s go.”

Donghae laughed and Eunhyuk let himself smile as he dragged Donghae outside. They had to go check that desk after all.
